Sleep on your new Beliamo mattress and topper for up to 100 nights before making a final decision. With our "Beliamo 100 Nights Sleep Test", you have ample time to adapt to the new product and assess whether it is suitable for your needs. The trial starts from the day you receive the product. We ask that you consider that your body may require a period of adjustment to the new mattress. Each mattress is unique and may take some time to get used to its gentle firmness. Some people fall in love with the mattress from the very first night, while others may need a little longer. It also depends on the type of mattress you pass from and the condition of the previous one. Experimenting with proper posture and proper back support may result in some initial discomfort, but you'll appreciate the benefits in the end. For this reason, we require customers to try on their new mattress or topper for at least 30 days before requesting a return.
For all other Beliamo products, we offer a 30-day trial. If, within this period, you wish to return the product, we will work with you to arrange the return and refund you the full cost. To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at customer@beliamo.com.
Terms and conditions
- Returned products must be in perfect condition, i.e. without stains, tears, excessive odors or dirt, and must include the warranty plate in its original and unaltered condition. To ascertain the condition of the product, we require one or more photos.
- Our sleep test is limited to one return per product type per household. If you return or exchange a product, the sleep test for that type of product (mattress, topper, base, pillows, protectors, sheets) ends for your family, and no further sleep proof will be applicable for that type of product in the future. The definition of a household is based on the customer's name, shipping address, billing method/account, or billing address.
- The mattress should be used on a non-sagging bed base or frame with adequate structural support.
- The mattress box must be opened within 30 days of receiving the product.

Se decidi che il tuo nuovo materasso Beliamo non è perfetto per te, il processo di reso è facile e conveniente. Ecco come procedere:
1. Contattaci via email a customer@beliamo.com, esprimendo il tuo desiderio di avvalerti del diritto di recesso e indicando il numero dell'ordine.
2. Riceverai una risposta con tutte le informazioni necessarie per organizzare il ritiro a domicilio con il nostro corriere.
3. Prepara il prodotto per il ritiro, riutilizzando l'imballaggio originale. Assicurati che sia in condizioni impeccabili, privo di macchie, strappi o odori, e completo di tutte le etichette e accessori.
4. Il corriere concordato ritirerà il materasso e, una volta ricevuto e verificato nel nostro magazzino, procederemo con il rimborso. Questo processo può variare dai 5 ai 30 giorni.

The duration of the 100 Night Sleep Trial allows you to sleep on your new product for an extended period, allowing you to adapt and evaluate the level of comfort and support it offers. The Beliamo 100 Night Sleep Test allows you to test your new mattress and topper for a period of up to 100 nights from the date of receipt of the product.
If you do not feel completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we still encourage you to continue using the product. It may take your body a while to get used to the new mattress or topper. We ask you to try the product for at least 30 days before requesting a return.
If you would like to return your mattress or topper during the trial period, please contact us by email at customer@beliamo.com. We will work with you to arrange for the product to be returned and refund you the full cost.
In order for a product to be returned during the test period, it must be in perfect condition, that is, without stains, tears, excessive odors or dirt. In addition, the product must include the nameplate in its original and unaltered state. We request one or more photos to ascertain that your mattress is in a suitable condition to be returned.
The Beliamo 100 Nights Sleep Test is limited to one return for each type of product per household. This means that if you return or change a product, proof of sleep for that type of product ends for your family, and no further proof of sleep will be applicable for that type of product in the future.
