Shipping Times
We work diligently to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Generally, for all available items, shipments are entrusted to the courier within 24 hours from the date of order confirmation. For made-to-order items, on the other hand, you will find the expected delivery times indicated within each product sheet.
Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and shipping options chosen. In general, delivery takes 2/6 business days to Italy and 4/9 business days to Europe, but with expedited shipping option, you can receive your order faster.
Shipping cost
All our standard shipping is free for our customers. However, we offer the possibility to speed up delivery times with an additional cost: for orders under 15kg weight at a cost of 5.99 €, while for orders weighing over 15kg at a cost of 9.99 €. If you want to request extra services such as delivery to the plan or by appointment, these could result in additional costs. Please contact our customer service before placing your order to check and define the details of the extra services required and their costs.
Order Traceability
We will provide you with a tracking number for your order so that you can track the delivery status. You will be able to follow the route of your package until it arrives at its destination.
