Beliamo Guarantee

Beliamo is committed to offering high quality and long-lasting products. To ensure peace of mind and safety, we offer a 15 years warranty on our mattresses .. This guarantee is valid for the original buyer of the mattress and applies to all mattresses purchased directly on Beliamo.

All other products available on our site (except mattresses) are covered by a limited warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase.

15-Year Limited Mattress Guarantee

From the date of purchase, your new Beliamo Mattress is covered by a 15-year limited warranty. This warranty covers material and processing defects that may occur in the course of normal use of the mattress.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of the mattress for a period of 15 years. If your Beliamo Mattress has a defect covered by the warranty during this period, our responsibility will be, at our option, to provide you with a replacement Mattress.

If a defect under warranty occurs, we will replace the mattress with an identical model or, if the original model is no longer available, with a similar model of equal value.

Warranty Limitations

The mattress warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Normal wear and tear or any condition resulting from improper use or abuse of the Mattress, as well as failure to keep the Mattress clean and free of stains and potentially unhygienic conditions.
  • A normal increase in softness due to regular use of the mattress over time.
  • Comfort preference. The description of the comfort level of the Mattress is provided as a guideline, and Beliamo does not guarantee the firmness or specific softness of the Mattress, nor does it guarantee that a particular comfort preference will meet your expectations.
  • Mold, odor, and/or discoloration caused by abnormal care, including, but not limited to liquid spillage, improper ventilation in humid environments, and/or exposure of the Mattress to excessive water or moisture.
  • Damage associated with an inadequate bed frame, base, bed base, or base.
  • Imperfections that do not impair the normal use and enjoyment of the Mattress by a reasonable person, such as slight surface irregularities or corners that are not perfectly shaped or symmetrical.
  • Conditions resulting from misuse or negligence on the part of the user.

In addition, the warranty will be voided if the following circumstances occur during the inspection of the Mattress:

  • Unhygienic conditions.
  • Burns on the mattress.
  • Using the Mattress on an inappropriate bed frame.
  • Physical abuse of the mattress.
  • Attempts to clean the mattress inappropriately.
  • Improper storage of the Mattress, including storage in damp locations, insect or rodent-infested areas, or any other unprotected storage area.
  • Purchase from unauthorized dealers.

Procedure to Apply for a Guarantee

If you feel you are eligible for a replacement under the warranty, please contact our customer service department. To submit a valid warranty claim in accordance with this Mattress Guarantee, you must follow the following steps:

Fill in the guarantee application form provided by contacting customer service at the email address Customer@beliamo.com .. The warranty claim form will contain all specific requirements, including requesting a detailed description of the defect and how it affects the performance of the Mattress.

Include the following documents in the request:

  • Valid original proof of purchase that proves the date of purchase and that the applicant is the original buyer of the Mattress and is still in possession.
  • Mattress photos that clearly highlight the defect and comply with the warranty.

Send all required documents to the email address Customer@beliamo.com .. It is the applicant's responsibility to submit the request with the supporting documentation necessary for Beliamo to evaluate and provide a remedy if necessary.

Please note that Beliamo reserves the right to request additional photographs, additional information, descriptions or to send an independent Mattress representative or inspector for a physical inspection before accepting the request under this Mattress Guarantee.

Please cooperate fully with the investigation requested by Beliamo and provide adequate responses to requests. The Mattress Guarantee may be canceled if you refuse to cooperate in the investigation, provide adequate responses or fail to comply with any provision of this Mattress Guarantee.

Please note that the mattress guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer of the mattress purchased on the Beliamo. The warranty does not cover problems related to individual medical or health conditions. For any medical concerns or questions, we recommend that you consult a licensed physician.
